More and more we are seeing roundabouts being recognized for their many benefits by professional organizations. Omni-Means is proud to announce the nomination of one of our projects, the South Jaye Street and Montgomery Avenue Roundabout Improvement Project, for the 2014 Tulare County Association of Government’s (TCAG) Annual Local Motion Awards. Access issues along Jaye Street in the City of Porterville were becoming problematic for business owners, motorists and local law enforcement personnel.
